Tax Statements

Our Before and After School Department is now closed. If you need a copy of your 2024 statement for tax purposes please follow the instructions below.

*Camp Fire Columbia’s Tax ID is: 930386901*

Using a computer, log-in to your connect portal by following this link:
https://connect.schoolcareworks.com/login.jsp

1.) In the main page, you’ll click the light blue “Statements” tile.
2.) In the statements page, you can click the drop down menu next to “View Year:” Choose the year you’d like to view, then click the green “View” button.
3.) If you’d like to download a PDF version of the statement for the year you are viewing: click the blue letters that say “View Statement”
This should automatically pop up with a page to save the file to your computer.

*If you are unable to access your account in the connect portal, please email the [email protected] to ask for help with resetting your password. You will have access to your connect portal account through the end of February 2025.

*For ALL school districts: If you have other inquiries about Camp Fire Columbia registration, please send them to [email protected] With a limited staff team, this email will only be checked about once a week, so please be patient in waiting for a response.
