camp namanu’s land acknowledgement
Here is the Land
Here is the sky
Here are my friends
and here am I
We stand today on this land
with gratitude
We walk hand in hand
We say “Thank you”
For letting us share
The Land you love
We will do our best to take care
Camp Namanu offers gratitude for the 552 acres of land, for those who have stewarded it for generations, and for the opportunity to study, learn, work, and be in community in this place. We are grateful to the Molalla, Kalapuya, Chinook and Clackamas tribes.
