Elise Bouneff

Board Member | Senior Vice President, Relationship Banking Officer, Heritage Bank

Elise is the Senior Vice President and Relationship Banking Officer at Columbia Bank with a focus on building business relationships. Elise is responsible for building and stewarding client relationships and approaches her role by learning and understanding each unique client and circumstance and offering holistic financial solutions to help clients reach their goals.

As an active member of her community, Elise currently serves on the board of the Oregon Law Foundation, is a finance committee member for Raphael House, and is active with the Portland Business Alliance and Central Eastside Industrial Council.

Elise was a Blue Bird and attended Camp Namanu as a kid for two summers.

Past Experience

Elise has over 28 years of banking experience, including commercial and business, treasury management and retail delivery.  She has developed financial strategies for several industries including nonprofit, legal, government and public entities, as well as healthcare and specialty food/beverage within the commercial and industrial space.

Previously, Elise was Senior Vice President, Treasury Solutions Manager, Bank of the Cascades from September 2002 – September 2017. Her prior board service includes Morrison Child and Family Services and the Oregon Law Foundation.
