Please note that Thriva (the registration software) is NOT mobile friendly. Therefore, unfortunately registration cannot be completed from a tablet, smart phone or other mobile device. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
A $85 deposit is required for each session registration. Summer program account balances are auto billed using the last form of electronic payment made on the account (either credit/debit card/or e-check) on May 28th, 2015. After May 28th payment in full is due for each session registration.
- By April 1st monies will be refunded minus 50% of deposit.
- Up to 30 days prior to session start date monies paid will be refunded minus deposit.
- Between 30 and 21 days notice will receive 50% refund of registration fee.
- Between 20 and 14 days notice will receive 25% refund of registration fee.
- Between 13 and 0 days notice will receive 0% refund of registration fees.
If your child leaves camp early or arrives late due to accident, illness, homesickness, behavior problems, other activities to attend, or camper or parent request, there will be no refunds or prorated fees.
If camper registration is cancelled due to a camper medical reason, registration fees will be refunded minus $25 upon Registrar receipt of an acceptable doctor medical note.
If you need to change a summer program session a $10 fee will be applied to the registration.
Families who cannot afford the full price of our summer day camp programs may apply for financial assistance. Financial assistance is limited to one weekly session. Financial aid applications are due by April 10, 2015. See the application for dates and details.
